Using headshots.gg

You may use headshots.gg to generate and edit headshots from photos you own or have permission to use. You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian.

Who owns the headshots

You own the headshots you generate. You are free to download and use them however you like, including commercially.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the photos you provide and that they depict you or someone who has consented.

Acceptable use

Do not use headshots.gg to impersonate others, create misleading or deceptive content, or generate images of people without their consent. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Payments and credits

Plans are one-time purchases that grant credits and access to the editor. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Credits are tied to your account and do not expire while your account is active.

Refunds

If you are not happy with your batch, contact us within 14 days and we will regenerate it or issue a refund at our discretion.

Service provided as is

headshots.gg is provided on an as-is basis. AI results can vary, and we do not guarantee a specific outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
